WHAT IS PEGLU?
Peglu is a members-only package delivery and return service for online shoppers. We will deliver or return your package(s) at a time and location most convenient for you.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO GET MY PEGLU SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We take the security of your package(s) and personal details seriously. By subscribing, you are acknowledging that you will use the private shipping address in good faith and for your personal deliveries and returns.
WHERE IS THE PEGLU FACILITY?
Our specific drop-off location is restricted to Peglu members, but we are nestled in the prestigious Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC.
ARE YOU ONLY IN WASHINGTON, DC?
Yes, at this time we only service Wards 1-8 in our nation's capital. We encourage you to join our Newsletter for future updates.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit or debit cards.
HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD PACKAGES AT THE FACILITY?
We can hold your package(s) for up to 20 calendar days, which is longer than FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A RETURN?
Please email us at orders@peglu.com or call 202.813.0842 with your Member Number to schedule your return package service.
DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES?
Yes, we offer custom delivery solutions for businesses located in Washington, DC. Please contact us at orders@peglu.com for additional information.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, Peglu LLC has general liability coverage. However, we are not responsible for any packages that arrive at our drop-off location after 6pm EST. Any packages that arrive at our drop-off location after 5:30pm EST will be delivered on your next scheduled day.
CAN I ADD MORE THAN ONE MAILING ADDRESS TO MY ACCOUNT?
At this time, we only accept one mailing address for each Peglu member.
WHEN IS THE MOBILE APP LAUNCHING?
Our membership and tracking services are currently only available via www.peglu.com and monitored by our team. We encourage you to join our Newsletter for future updates.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN I HAVE A PACKAGE COMING?
Our drop-off location is open 9am-5:30pm to retrieve all package deliveries, M-Sat. You will be notified via phone, email, or text when your package has arrived and en route to your preferred mailing address.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you may cancel at any time by emailing orders@peglu.com. During the active month, you will not be billed for the next renewal cycle.
